So you are interested in a personal stylist online? You have come to the right place. I have been a professional stylist for 21 years dressing everyone from Katy Perry, to Ewan Mcgregor through to Jerry Springer and Renee Zellweger. So how does an online stylist work? 

Of course, you can not dress someone if you are offering the service online. However, I still believe a personal stylist can be accessible to everyone. 

Online Styling Services

When I accept a new personal client, I ask them a series of questions to assess their body shape and colouring. On receipt of the answers, I then send a personal colour analysis and personal style guide. 

The Personal Colour Analysis has three main sections;

  • Canvas Colours: Are generally muted in tone and suit a wide variety of people. The canvas colours should make up the basis of any capsule wardrobe.
  • Paint Colours – Brighter shades suited to the general skintone.
  • Personal Colours: The final section is dedicated to colours that directly suit the clients skintone. 

The Personal Style Guide identifies the client’s body shape. It includes lots of information as to what types of clothes are to be avoided, and which ones are preferable—the document is supported by visual examples of clothes that would work best for the particular body shape.

The most crucial aspect of online personal styling is the one-on-one aspect. My clients can contact me via our private group whenever they want with any questions regarding clothes they are considering, clarification about their guides, confirmation on whether individual styles or colours will suit them, or anything else in relation to building their perfect wardrobe. 

The personal service is the reason an online personal stylist is affordable and can work for anyone. For a monthly membership fee, anyone can get the same styling services as a celebrity. You can even gift a personal stylist to someone you love.

There is no doubt in my mind that having a personal stylist online is worth the investment. In fact, at the end of the day I will spend considerably less while looking and feeling so much better.
