Terms and Conditions – Styling Services

1. Service Validity

All personal styling services (including consultations, virtual styling sessions, wardrobe edits, and style packages) must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. This policy ensures our services remain timely, relevant, and aligned with current trends.

2. Expired Services

If a service is not booked or redeemed within 12 months of the original purchase date, it will be considered expired. No extensions will be granted unless agreed in writing prior to the expiration date.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any services that have expired due to non-redemption within the 12-month period. It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend their session(s) within the valid timeframe.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Capsule Closet Stylist, all services are bespoke and tailored to each client’s individual needs. By booking and paying for a service, you are securing time and expertise dedicated exclusively to you.

Cancellations:

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a £10 fee, as outlined at booking.

Refunds:

• As our services are highly personalised and work often begins immediately upon booking, we do not offer refunds once the process has started or any part of the service has been delivered.
• If you are unable to continue for any reason after your service has begun, we are happy to pause your package and resume at a later date that suits you, so you can still receive the full value of your purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Genuine mistakes or misunderstandings will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.

By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

4. Booking Responsibility

Clients are responsible for scheduling their appointments in advance to ensure availability within the 12-month window. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize Our continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If You and Our Company cannot find a resolution to a dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then You explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

If You are found to be slandering, libeling, or otherwise disparaging Our Company, Offering(s), or related materials at Our discretion, You will be immediately removed from the Offering(s) and any related communications. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action against You for any such damaging actions You take that materially harm Our Company.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in the UK.
