Missed Booking Policy

Our goal is to provide quality assistance to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed bookings.

Booking Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, if you can no longer make your booking, please use your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. Alternatively, contact [email protected] as soon as you know you will not be able to make your booking. 

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 48hrs in advance. Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that booking time.

How to Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel your booking, you can either cancel or rearrange your booking through your confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact us at [email protected] between the hours of 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We will come back you as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the booking is cancelled less than 48hrs  before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, if a repeat pattern emerges we will charge the client a $10 missed booking fee.

Short Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for paid services made 48hrs  or more in advance of the Service date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48hrs will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
