Missed Booking Policy

Our goal is to provide quality assistance to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Capsule Closet Stylist, all services are bespoke and tailored to each client’s individual needs. By booking and paying for a service, you are securing time and expertise dedicated exclusively to you.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a £10 fee, as outlined at booking.

Refunds:

  • As our services are highly personalised and work often begins immediately upon booking, we do not offer refunds once the process has started or any part of the service has been delivered.
  • If you are unable to continue for any reason after your service has begun, we are happy to pause your package and resume at a later date that suits you, so you can still receive the full value of your purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Genuine mistakes or misunderstandings will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
